The monitoring and diagnostics system (MDS) “Doktor-030M” is intended to monitor and diagnose electric circuits, electrical equipment, electrical machinery of traction rolling equipment, predict failures of commutator devices and DC machinery of rolling equipment.
FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES
MDS ensures the following:
- revelation of hidden faults in electrical equipment of electrically propelled vehicles (turn-to-turn faults in motors, arc-suppression coils of contactors);
- check of contactors, relays actuation and release;
- monitoring of electrical equipment parameters (inductance, resistance, including transitional resistance of contacts) versus allowable (reference) values with results indication on the built-in display;
- generation of a diagnostic results report that can be viewed on the display, printed or transferred to a PC via USB interface.
