PURPOSE AND APPLICATION

The real-time testing system “Prognoz” is intended to measure output electrical signals from vibration transducers, to measure the speed of assemblies and mechanisms rotation, and to process the measurement results in order to determine technical condition of bearings and reduction gears.

The system is used in machine building, power industry, transport servicing, raw materials production and processing industry, including safety of machinery and mechanisms.

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES

  • Diagnostic testing is performed with respect to vibration parameters and rotation speed.
  • Diagnosis accuracy is up to 95–98%.
  • Quick setup for any type of bearings.
  • Average time of measurement and diagnosis does not exceed 5 minutes.
  • Up to 12 vibration measurement channels, 2 rpm-measurement channels, temperature and pressure measurement channels.
  • Operating temperature range is -20 °C to +50 °C.
  • The signal processing module weight does not exceed 12 kg (portable version).
  • Possibility of noise listening through headphones.
  • Possibility of characteristic malfunction noises library creation.
