MDS “Doktor-060PG” is intended to monitor performance of collector bows of electrically propelled vehicles in repair shops away from the overhead system.
MDS “Doktor-060PG” is intended to monitor the following parameters of collector bows:
static pressure of a collector bow onto an overhead line within the operating height (active when being raised up and passive when being lowered down);
difference between the strongest and weakest pressure during one-direction motion of a collector bow within the operating height;
difference between passive and active pressure during collector bow raising and lowering within the operating height;
time of moving element lifting up to the maximum operating height;
time of moving element lowering down from the maximum operating height.
Collector bows parameters are measured and monitored by a portable electromechanical unit, which is a plastic case with the following inside: collector bow raising and lowering device,weight sensor, angular movement transducer, switching relays, logical controller, storage battery. The portable electromechanical unit has compartments for mounting elements and battery charger.
The diagnostic process is controlled remotely, from a portable operator’s terminal consisting of a plastic housing, wireless data transfer module, liquidcrystal display, keyboard and batteries.
