PURPOSE AND APPLICATION
The mobile battery charger (MBC) is intended to perform diagnostic and charge storage batteries (SBs) of rolling equipment, both dismantled and without dismantling.
FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES
MBC may be intended for:
- generation of direct current up to 150 А, maximum, with possibility of smooth adjustment;
- generation of no-load DC voltage up to 150 V, maximum.
MBC ensures the following:
- software-based computation of insulation resistance for the diagnosed SB and capacity of the latter;
- charging of storage batteries with direct and asymmetric current;
- ndication of SB charge parameters on the built-in liquid-crystal display of the control panel;
- forced air cooling of electric circuit elements;
- measurements and monitoring of SBs charging parameters depending on their types and state: charging current, charging voltage, charging duration, SB electrolyte temperature during charging.
