Computer-Aided Test Bench for Train-Stop Equipment

PURPOSE AND APPLICATION

The test bench for train-stop equipment consists of three modules and is intended for adjustment and monitoring of train-stop equipment parameters for locomotives, cars, electric and diesel trains under conditions of repair and testing shops.

FUNCTIONAL CAPABILITIES

The test bench ensures checks of the following:

• auxiliary brake valve ref. No. 254 and driver’s brake valve ref. No. 394, 395;
• pressure control valves type AK11А, AK11Б, TSP-11А, TSP-2В;
• check valves E-175, E-155, E155a, E-155b, No. 35-21-032, No. 526, No. 30FA, 3700;
• maximum pressure valves ZMD, ZMDA;
• brake release annunciators No. 352, 352А;
• pressure switches 115, 115А;
• automatic control switches No. E-119B, E-119C, pneumatic control switches PVU-2, PVU-4, PVU-7;
• maximum pressure valves ZMD, ZMDA;
• devices RD No. 304, 3RD, sensor 418, reduction gear KM.
